Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, LLC ("Atlantic Creek") is pleased to announce the joint venture acquisition of the well located office building located just off of I-95 and Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, FL. 220 Congress Park Drive ("Congress Park") is a 54,174 rentable square foot suburban office building that was constructed in 1985 on 3.81 acres of land and includes 259 parking spaces; 51 of these spaces are covered and are located underneath the Building. No other office building in its competitive set offers covered parking, a highly desirable amenity in South Florida. The 54,000-square-foot suburban office building was acquired on April 16, 2012. The value-add opportunity was 53 percent leased at closing.
