Single Tracking Alert: Service reduced to one track between Rockridge and Orinda on two Sundays for vegetation management (next work happening Sunday, January 25)

On Sunday, January 25, and Sunday, February 1, crews will manage vegetation along the Yellow Line near Orinda that could cause future delays and challenges to provide safe and reliable service.

*On Sunday, January 25, service will be reduced from two tracks to one through the Berkeley Hills Tunnel between Rockridge and Orinda stations from 8am to 5pm. Riders should expect delays of 10-15 minutes.

*On Sunday, February 1, from 8am to noon service will be reduced from two tracks to one through the Berkeley Hills Tunnel. Riders should expect delays of 10-15 minutes.

Service must be reduced to one track to provide crews with enough space to finish this essential work safely and as quickly as possible.
