The City of St. Albert will be holding a public hearing at the December 3, 2024 City Council Meeting on Bylaw 25/2024 Cherot Redistricting Land Use Bylaw Amendment (1st , 2nd and 3rd Readings).

Bylaw 25/2024, if passed, would amend the Land Use Bylaw 18/2024, Schedule A, by redistricting three sites in the Cherot neighbourhood to Laned-Lot Residential (LLR), Small-Lot Residential (SLR), and Public Park (PRK). This is the third redistricting application for the Cherot neighbourhood. Redistricting of land is needed to enable subdivisions for residential development.
