Scott Morgan joins Okta as Chief Legal Officer

Morgan's recent experience includes more than 12 years at Splunk, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the company's strategic growth from ~$100M in annual revenue to $5B and led its successful integration into Cisco. Earlier in his career, Morgan served as legal counsel at Autodesk and Tellabs, and he worked as an associate at law firms Morrison & Foerster LLP and Thoits, Love, Hershberger & McClean LLP. He is a recognized leader in the legal community and frequently advises senior executives and boards on artificial intelligence, governance, and leadership.
