Solar Wind and GOES Data Outages

Real Time Solar Wind (RTSW) and some GOES-18/19 observations are unavailable. Troubleshooting is in progress and some GOES-19 data appears to have returned; however, GOES-18 is still unavailable, and the RTSW sources are still out at this time.
