The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Navigation Powder River, LLC (F029768, P0040457):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Navigation Powder River, LLC to to modify Air Quality Permit P0035525 to authorize operation of compressor engines (ENG001-ENG040) in Laramie County, Wyoming. The compressor engines will be used at the various locations in Campbell, Converse, Johnson, Laramie and Natrona Counties for lift compression allowing for the sale of produced gas.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029768 and permit number P0040457 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Converse County Library, Douglas, Johnson County Library, Buffalo, Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, and Natrona County Library, Casper, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Converse County Clerk's Office, Douglas, Johnson County Clerk's Office, Buffalo, Laramie County Clerk's Office, Cheyenne, and Natrona County Clerk's Office, Casper Wyoming.
