Help Shape the Future of Transit Access and Safety

North County Transit District (NCTD) is developing an Access and Safety Action Plan (ASAP) to make public transportation safer, more efficient, and easier to use for everyone, especially for riders who currently face barriers to accessing transit.

The plan aims to close long-standing information gaps in transit planning by incorporating the voices of riders who are often underrepresented in transportation data, including women, caregivers, children, and other marginalized groups. By gathering this input, NCTD hopes to create a transit system that works for all riders-one that's safe, comfortable, and accessible for every member of the community.

Your feedback matters.

The success of the ASAP depends on community input. NCTD wants to hear about your experiences using transit in North County-what's working well and where improvements are needed. Your perspective will help shape a system that supports everyone, no matter when, where, or how you ride.
