FedChoice Federal Credit Union has been named a finalist for the 2025 Credit Union Times Luminaries Awards in the Community Impact category.
The recognition highlights FedChoice's commitment to serving underserved communities through the FedChoice Charitable Foundation. The foundation provides educational scholarships, teacher grants, and support for Title I schools throughout the DMV area, with a focus on creating pathways to financial wellness.
"We're committed to embracing, educating, and elevating students, educators, and more by providing meaningful support where it's needed most," said Brett Noll, President and CEO of FedChoice. "This recognition reinforces our mission to level the playing field and strengthen the communities we proudly serve. It's an honor to be named a finalist for this prestigious award."
FedChoice extended its gratitude to the volunteers, corporate sponsors, and donors whose generosity makes its impact possible.
The CU Times received hundreds of strong entries this year, making the finalist recognition especially meaningful. Winners will be announced November 6 at the annual Luminaries Awards Gala at Disney's Yacht Club Resort.
As FedChoice celebrates its 90th anniversary, this honor underscores the credit union's mission to champion the federal community and improve lives through financial education and philanthropy.
