Lansing, Mich. - The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is thrilled to announce Dr. Tiffany Manuel-affectionately known as "DrT"-as a keynote speaker for the 26th Building Michigan Communities Conference (BMCC). Known for her expertise in advancing equitable, inclusive communities, Dr. Manuel will inspire attendees with her insights on collaboration, innovation, and transformative change.

As the founder and CEO of TheCaseMade, Dr. Manuel empowers social changemakers across the nation to build strategies that win hearts, change minds, and maximize impact. Her work is deeply personal, shaped by her Detroit upbringing and commitment to advancing policies and programs that improve lives. A prolific leader and author of "Case Made! 10 Powerful Leadership Principles that Win Hearts, Change Minds, and Grow Impact," she brings over 25 years of experience in public policy, community development, and equity. In addition to her remarks, Dr. Manuel will also sign copies of her book.

Set for May 14-15, BMCC is the state's largest gathering of housing and community development leaders, with over 1,200 housing industry professionals, service providers, and government leaders expected to descend on the Lansing Center this year. Under the "Partners in Progress" theme, the conference will celebrate collaboration, innovation, and action while offering popular returning sessions and new, exciting content.
