Jerry Goldfeder Named to City & State New York's 2026 Who's Who in Professional & Advisory Services

NEW YORK, October 26, 2026 - Jerry Goldfeder, senior counsel in Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation Department, has been named to City & State New York's 2026 Who's Who in Professional & Advisory Services. The inaugural list recognizes influential leaders who provide specialized expertise and strategic guidance to businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies across New York.

Jerry has practiced election and campaign finance law for more than 40 years, representing high-profile elected officials, including members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives, as well as candidates for mayor, governor, and president of the United States. He has also counseled members of the New York State Legislature, New York City Council, judges, unions, not-for-profits, political action committees, and municipalities on a wide range of election, ethics, and government-related matters.

A nationally recognized authority on election law, Jerry serves as chair of the American Bar Association's Election Law Committee and director of Fordham Law School's Voting Rights and Democracy Project. Since 2003, he has taught Election Law at Fordham Law School and is the author of Goldfeder's Modern Election Law, a leading treatise in the field now in its seventh edition. He is also a prolific commentator and writer on election and political law issues.
