ASPPH Presents: A Federal Update and the Power Of Advocacy

Join ASPPH on Wednesday, November 19, from 12:00-1:00 PM ET for our upcoming ASPPH Presents webinar, A Federal Update and the Power of Advocacy. This session will bring together leaders in policy, practice, and education to discuss current federal public health priorities and the critical role of advocacy in shaping a healthier, more equitable future.

Mark Mioduski, Senior Consultant at Cornerstone Government Affairs, will provide an in-depth update on recent developments in Washington, DC, and their implications for schools and programs of public health. ASPPH Advocacy Chair Dr. Boris D. Lushniak, Dean of the University of Maryland School of Public Health, will highlight the importance of civic engagement and advocacy leadership. Beeta Rasouli, ASPPH's Director of Advocacy and Federal Affairs, will share insights into ASPPH's ongoing policy work and how it advances the public health agenda.
