15 TSC Faculty and Staff Members Earn Prestigious NISOD Excellence Awards

Tallahassee State College (TSC) is proud to announce that fifteen faculty and staff members have been selected as recipients of the 2026 National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) Excellence Award, a national recognition honoring outstanding contributions to higher education and student success.

Established in 1991, the NISOD Excellence Awards recognize faculty and staff at member colleges who demonstrate exceptional dedication, leadership, and impact on their campuses.

The following individuals have been named recipients of the 2026 NISOD Excellence Awards:

  • Shelly Bell, Vice President of Workforce Development
  • Edward Duggan, Political Science Faculty (Social Sciences)
  • Ali Enriquez, Video Production Manager
  • Jon Eppes, Supply Chain Management Faculty (AST)
  • Jennifer Helms, Director of Transfer Services
  • Logan Lane, Director of Institutional Programs (FPSI)
  • Sila Lott, Director of Library Services
  • Emily Micik, Director of Advising
  • Mike Robeck, Director of Enterprise Applications (IT)
  • John Salter, Learning Commons Specialist
  • Greg Schaberg, Learning Commons Specialist
  • Jenny Shuler, Facilities Administrative Services Manager
  • Calandra Stringer, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs
  • Christy Ulrich, Pathway Advisor
  • Nick Vick, Dean of Applied Sciences

Recipients will be recognized during NISOD's annual conference: Advancing Community College Student Engagement (ACCSE), on Sunday, May 24, in Austin, Texas. Each honoree will receive a commemorative silver medallion in recognition of their achievements.
