Tips for Using Your Healthcare Benefits

Know your different plans (health, pharmacy, supplemental) and benefits under the Group Health Insurance Program:

• Review the 2026 Certificate of Coverage and Schedule of Benefits.
• Take advantage of preventive care services, which are 100% covered by your plan.
• Understand your out-of-pocket costs, deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurances.
• Verify that all your providers are within your plan's network.
• Before receiving out-of-network services, you need an approved prior authorization to be considered for coverage.
