Erie Insurance recognized by Newsweek as one of 'America's Greatest Companies'

Recognition highlights ERIE's strong performance and workplace culture

Erie Insurance (ERIE) has been named one of America's Greatest Companies 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. ERIE is among the U.S. companies recognized this year for excellence in business performance, innovation and corporate responsibility.

The list honors companies based on financial strength, workforce dedication, record of innovation, sustainability efforts and commitment to ethics. Rankings were determined using primary and secondary research, including surveys of more than 150,000 U.S. employees, 3.3 million company reviews and third-party market data.

"This recognition reflects our ability to grow and innovate as a company while staying true to the values our people live every day: integrity, trust and service," said Sean Dugan, executive vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Services. In addition to being named one of America's Greatest Companies, Erie Insurance also earned spots on Newsweek's 2025 lists of America's Greatest Workplaces in Financial Services, America's Best Customer Service(Auto and Home Insurance) and America's Greatest Workplaces by State (Pennsylvania).
