Invitation to Bid: ON-Call Construction and Improvements for Various County FacilitiesPost Date:10/17/2025 6:00 AM NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION TO BID NO. 26-013 ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS FOR VARIOUS COUNTY FACILITIES The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are requesting bids from qualified Contractors to provide on-call pre-construction design and construction or construction only services for County Departments on an as needed basis. Solicitation documents may be obtained on the County's eProcurement Portal located at https://www.CharlesCountyMD.gov. Click on "Business", then "Bid Board/e-Procurement". Small, Local, and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This solicitation is subject to the Small Local Business Enterprise Program (SLBE), in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the Program. Bidders are encouraged to utilize certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises to the maximum extent possible when responding to this solicitation. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
