A Massive T&T Supermarket Is Coming to CF Markville

TORONTO, ON - September 4, 2026 - T&T Supermarket, Canada's largest Asian grocery retailer, is expanding its Ontario footprint with a new 68,000 sq. ft. store at CF Markville, located at 5000 Hwy 7 in Markham. Situated on the lower level in the former Hudson's Bay space, it will become the largest Asian grocery store in Markham.

The new T&T at CF Markville will mark the relocation and expansion of T&T's current Unionville store, with the transition planned for 2028. This move will allow T&T to grow from its current 50,000 sq. ft. at Unionville to a 68,000 sq. ft. space at CF Markville. Customers can look forward to all of T&T's signature offerings, including fresh fruits and vegetables, popular prepared foods, an in-store bakery, and an Asian beauty section.

CF Markville will be T&T's 18th location in Ontario, and it also marks the fourth partnership with Cadillac Fairview, following CF Fairview Mall, CF Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke, and CF Polo Park in Winnipeg.
