WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) issued the following statement on the passing of former Canton Mayor Tom Bernabei:
"I am saddened by the passing of former Canton Mayor Tom Bernabei, who dedicated nearly five decades to serving Canton and Stark County. His commitment to public service strengthened our community and improved countless lives. My condolences go to his wife, Bebe, his family, and all who knew him. May his legacy continue to inspire us to build a stronger Canton."
