## Slide 1: From PQC to Quantum Resilience

Thank you, and hello, everyone. I'm Michael Johnson, Chief Product Officer at EigenQ.

Our focus today is moving from post-quantum cryptography to quantum resilience, and looking at trust from entropy to execution.

I'll be talking about EigenQ's embedded quantum-safe infrastructure capabilities, and how they complement the platform and operating-environment capabilities from HPE and Red Hat.

We'll look at that through two deployment conversations: extending infrastructure already in service, and incorporating quantum-safe capabilities into new deployments.

The thread throughout is the same: entropy, identity, and execution, across the infrastructure you operate today and the infrastructure you deploy next.

## Slide 2-8: Legal Information, Disclaimer and Limitations

Given the status of EigenQ. I am required to provide to you the following:

## Slide 9: A Trust Chain: Entropy → Identity → Execution

I want to organize our discussion around three connected questions.

First, entropy: where does the randomness for cryptographic key generation come from?

2

Second, identity: how do we anchor trust and protect those keys?

And third, execution: how do we establish trust in the platform and its workloads?

At EigenQ, we frame those as a connected trust chain: entropy, identity, and execution.

Our embedded quantum-safe infrastructure brings those capabilities together across both existing infrastructure and new deployments.

So let's start with entropy.

---

## Slide 10: Entropy: The Foundation for PQC Key Generation

Entropy is the randomness used in cryptographic key generation.

EigenQ combines post-quantum cryptography with QRNG-based entropy, or Quantum Random Number Generation, for secure key generation.

The key point is that quantum-derived entropy can support PQC key generation as part of EigenQ's embedded quantum-safe component.

How that entropy source is integrated depends on the target environment. Installing the component does not automatically change the entropy source used by every application.

3

So entropy is the first part of the trust chain.

Next, we move to how trust is anchored and how cryptographic keys are protected.

---

## Slide 11: Identity: Anchor Trust in Hardware

That brings us to identity.

Here, we organize the trust discussion around three capabilities: anchor, protect, and attest.

We anchor trust through a hardware root of trust, protect cryptographic keys through secure key storage, and provide platform attestation.

These capabilities are part of EigenQ's embedded quantum-safe component and complement the platform protections already provided by HPE.

The important point is not to replace those protections, but to extend the trust model with hardware-rooted trust, key protection, and attestation.

From there, the next step is extending trust to the platform and its workloads.

---

4

## Slide 12: Execution: Extend Trust to the Workload

Execution brings us to what the infrastructure ultimately supports: the workload.

EigenQ's embedded quantum-safe component sits at the infrastructure layer of OEM server platforms, with platform and workload trust as part of that capability.

That includes environments supporting government workloads, AI and machine learning, and critical infrastructure.

The key point is that the trust discussion does not stop at key generation or key protection. It extends to the platform and the workload.

We are not introducing a new operating system or a separate confidential-computing environment. This is a conceptual capability view.

That completes the model: entropy, identity, and execution.

Next, we apply that model to existing infrastructure and new deployments.

---

## Slide 13: Two Deployment Paths. One Trust Strategy.

There are two deployment paths.

For existing infrastructure, EigenQ positions PCIe as a retrofit and upgrade path for supported servers, including legacy and hybrid environments.

5

For new deployments, the integrated PQC-plus bundle is positioned for data-center modernization, including HPE ProLiant Gen12.

These are two starting points for the same trust strategy, not competing approaches.

Most organizations will have infrastructure they intend to keep and infrastructure they intend to replace or deploy next.

In both cases, the trust model remains the same: entropy, identity, and execution.

Compatibility and deployment scope still need to be confirmed for the target environment.

The goal is to support both the infrastructure you have and the infrastructure you build next.

---

## Slide 14: Better Together: Complementary Capabilities Across the Stack

This is how the contributions come together.

HPE provides the platform foundation.

Red Hat provides the operating environment.

6

And EigenQ contributes embedded quantum-safe trust, including QRNG for PQC key generation, hardware-rooted trust, and platform and workload trust.

These are complementary capabilities, not competing layers.

The point is to bring the platform, the operating environment, and embedded quantum-safe trust into the same infrastructure strategy around the mission workload.

The exact scope and integrations still need to be defined for each deployment.

So the practical question becomes: where do we start?

---

## Slide 15: Choose the Starting Point for Your Mission

I would start with the mission.

First, select a specific workload or use case.

Second, choose the deployment path: existing infrastructure, a new deployment, or both.

Third, define the trust requirements across entropy, identity, and execution.

That connects the mission to the capabilities we've discussed and gives us a practical way to structure the deployment conversation.

7

The goal is to extend trust across the infrastructure you have and the infrastructure you build next.

Let me finish by bringing the deployment options and capability set together.

---

## Slide 16: Federal Customer Deployment Options

This slide brings the three deployment options together.

PCIe provides a retrofit and upgrade path for supported existing servers.

The integrated PQC-plus bundle is positioned for new deployments and data-center modernization.

And M-dot-two provides a compact option for edge and distributed environments.

So the deployment path can address existing infrastructure, new infrastructure, or space-constrained systems.

The appropriate form factor, compatibility, and deployment scope still need to be confirmed for the target environment.

---

8

## Slide 17: Embedded Quantum-Safe Capability Reference

This final slide brings the broader EigenQ capability set together.

It includes PQC acceleration, hardware root of trust, secure data-in-motion, crypto agility, QRNG for PQC key generation, and platform and workload trust, along with secure key storage and platform attestation.

Together, these capabilities support the trust model we've discussed today: entropy, identity, and execution.

And that brings us back to the mission, the deployment path, and the trust requirements.

Extend trust across the infrastructure you have and the infrastructure you build next.

Thank you.
