DUI Checkpoint Results from Friday, August 8
On Friday, August 8, Tiburon Police conducted a DUI checkpoint where 268 drivers were contacted.
9 Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted
2 DUI arrests were made
6 unlicensed drivers were cited
1 arrest made for an outstanding felony warrant & narcotics violation
1 vehicle was towed
DUI checkpoints are a vital part of our mission to keep the roads safe and remove impaired and unlicensed drivers.
