ARLINGTON, Va. | January 22, 2026 - Brian Chase, Founder and Principal of Landmark Property Services, Inc., has been named the 2026 Vice Chair of the National Apartment Association's (NAA) Board of Directors. Chase was formally installed at NAA's annual Assembly of Delegates, held in Atlanta in November.
A proven leader, Chase's experience throughout the rental housing industry is impressive. In 1992, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Property Management from Virginia Tech. For more than 20 years, Chase has served as Founder and Principal of Landmark Property Services, Inc., managing more than 4,000 units across the Mid-Atlantic and leading in industry analytics and property management services.
Over the years, Chase has demonstrated his commitment to servant leadership at NAA - including now two years on NAA's executive committee. In 2023, Chase served as co-chair of the Apartmentalize Committee that assembled a conference and exposition with more than 12,000 attendees from across the country.
