CoreOne Industrial Completes Acquisition of 5 & 18 Connecticut South Drive in East Granby, CT

CoreOne Industrial LLC (CoreOne), an industrial real estate investment company headquartered in Darien, CT, has acquired 5 & 18 Connecticut South Drive in East Granby, Connecticut. The transaction closed on April 11 th, 2023. The purchase consists of two industrial buildings: 5 Connecticut South Drive is a 67,106 SF facility on 6.69 Acres and 18 Connecticut South Drive is a 15,820 SF facility on 2.03 Acres. Both buildings are currently occupied on long term leases by Overhaul Support Services, LLC, an aerospace contractor specializing in overhauling critical helicopter components.
