The Board of Supervisors, on June 5, established an ad-hoc committee to explore the potential development of a future facility dedicated to arts, recreation, and civic engagement.
A community center emerged as a top priority during the public input phase of the Comprehensive Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan, which was approved last year. The committee will serve in an advisory role, providing input, recommendations, and support for public engagement throughout the evaluation process.
