MP NEET PG 2026 Choice Filling: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, will close the online choice filling and locking window for MP NEET PG 2026 Counselling (Round 1) on 27th Oct 2026. Every qualified medical student intending to pursue admission in postgraduate MD, MS, and Diploma courses in Government and Private Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh is required to enter their choice of college and specialty on the official portal at dme.mponline.gov.in. As per the scheduled timetable released by DME MP, candidates who lock their choices before the last date will be eligible for the Round 1 Seat Allotment Result, which will be declared on October 29, 2026.

MP NEET PG 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result & Mandatory Documents Checklist

The MP NEET PG 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result will be announced by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), MP, on its official portal dme.mponline.gov.in, on October 29, 2026. All candidates who have been allotted MD, MS or PG Diploma seats need to report to their appointed medical colleges, accompanied by all original documents and two copies of self-attested photocopies, between October 30 and November 10, 2026.

Documents to Keep Ready After Seat Allotment

Candidates should keep the following documents ready for verification, subject to the requirements in the official counselling instructions:

• NEET PG 2026 admit card and scorecard

• MBBS degree or provisional certificate

• Internship completion certificate

• Medical registration certificate
