FrontRange Capital Partners ("FrontRange") and Browning Real Estate Partners ("Browning") recently announced the formation of a programmatic joint venture. The partnership unites FrontRange's investment capital and operational support services with Browning's nearly 50-year track record as a market-leading vertically integrated developer, contractor, and asset manager across Midwest real estate markets.

The FrontRange-Browning venture will pursue Class A industrial developments, multifamily developments, and opportunistic industrial acquisitions across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, targeting an investment mix of approximately 75% industrial and 25% multifamily. The venture already committed to two ground-up industrial development projects in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, with execution underway from day one of the partnership.
