Governor Signs Law to Protect Local Taxpayers
CONCORD, NH - Today, Governor Kelly Ayotte released the following statement after signing House Bill 1300 to put a local property tax cap on the November election ballot:
"New Hampshire is at its best when we're putting decision making power in the hands of the people. This bill gives voters a say about their local property taxes and ensures Granite Staters' voices are heard."
