On Tuesday, November 12, a town hall meeting will be held in the Community Building Auditorium regarding Phase II of the Facilities Master Plan (FMP). At 6:30 p.m., officials from the city and the design team from Pierce Goodwin Alexander & Linville (PGAL) will solicit feedback from attendees regarding renovations to repurpose existing space for recreational purposes within the Recreation Center that will become available after the completion of Phase I.
Following the conclusion of the Recreation Center discussion, PGAL will provide updated concepts for Phase II of the FMP (Community Building/Senior Center, and Library) and showcase potential elevation and floor plans. The City is seeking the community's feedback on the look and feel of the buildings such as roof options, exterior façade design, and the material make-up of the building. During this interactive exercise, attendees will have the option to rank the exhibits displaying the architectural elements. Attendees will also be able to submit feedback via comment cards.
