New integration puts Conga managed contracts to work in Legora for drafting, review, and analysis, with save-back to Conga and natural-language search to follow.
Conga, the company lining up commerce, and Legora, the agentic operating system for legal work, today announced an integration that brings contracts managed in Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) directly into the Legora platform. In-house legal teams that use both platforms will first be able to pull Conga contracts into Legora for drafting, review, research, and due diligence; later phases will let them save their work back to Conga and find contracts by describing them in plain language.
Enterprise legal teams depend on their CLM to keep agreements organized, current, and governed. But the legal work around those agreements, from drafting on proven terms to reviewing hundreds of contracts for a single clause, often happens in other tools, leaving lawyers to download files, re-upload them elsewhere, and reconcile versions by hand. The integration is built to reduce those handoffs.
"Enterprises trust Conga with the contracts their business runs on, and their lawyers shouldn't have to export those contracts to put AI to work on them," said Gabriel Quek, Senior Director of Technology Partnerships at Legora. "We're starting by bringing Conga contracts into Legora and saving each updated draft straight back to Conga, connecting the system where contracts are managed to the platform where legal work gets done."
Conga CLM gives enterprises a governed home for their agreements, from first draft through renewal. Legora brings agentic AI to the work lawyers do on those agreements: research, review, drafting, and due diligence. Connecting the two lets lawyers apply that AI to contracts already in Conga, while Conga remains the system of record.
The integration will roll out in three phases:
"Our customers have to manage a large number of contracts efficiently, and their legal teams want AI that understands legal work," said Brian Farr, VP of Product Management at Conga. "With Legora connected to Conga CLM, they can apply AI directly to the agreements they already manage with us. As the integration expands, the work lawyers do in Legora will flow back into Conga, so sales, finance, and procurement keep working from the same record."
Conga joins a growing ecosystem of Legora integrations that connect the agentic operating system for legal work to the systems enterprises already depend on. Further detail and availability for each phase will be communicated to mutual customers over time.
