Notice: Teledentistry Guidelines and Application Availability

O.C.G.A. § 43-11-54 establishes the statutory requirements governing the provision of teledentistry services in the State of Georgia. All dentists and dental hygienists engaging in or seeking to engage in teledentistry must comply with the applicable statutory provisions.

The Board's Teledentistry Guidlelines and Teledentistry Application are available on the Board's website under Applications & Forms. Licensees are responsible for reviewing the statute and ensuring compliance prior to providing teledentistry services.
