Kirkland Advises BC Partners on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Fortidia
Kirkland & Ellis is advising BC Partners on its acquisition of majority stake in Fortidia, a leading global platform providing shipping, fulfilment and marketing services. Fortidia's Chairman and CEO Paolo Fiorelli will retain a significant stake in the business and continue in his current role, working in partnership with BC Partners to accelerate Fortidia's next phase of growth. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
