Village of Maybrook - Rakov Annexation Petition & Rezoning Application

Negative Declaration

Orange County - The Village of Maybrook Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rakov Annexation Petition & Rezoning Application will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the annexation of a 17.3 ± acre parcel of land located in the Town of Montgomery, better known on the Town of Montgomery tax maps as Section 36, Block 1, Lot 12, into the Village of Maybrook, and the rezoning of said parcel as well as Section 106, Block 1, Lot 1.2 in the Village of Maybrook to R-4 (One-Family Residence on Eight-Thousand-Square-Foot Lot). The project is located on NYS Route 208 in the Village of Maybrook, New York.
