Newsweek Recognizes Cohen & Co’s Commitment to Women with 2026 Workplace Award

Cohen & Co has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America's Greatest Midsize Workplaces for Women 2026. The award honors organizations that dismantle gender barriers through equitable policies and workplace culture while fostering environments in which women thrive. Employers honored on the list this year offer the comprehensive benefits and resources of larger corporations while maintaining a personalized, attentive culture.

One program that helps connect women and foster inclusion at the firm is its Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI). WLI is focused on expanding leadership opportunities for women at Cohen & Co, reinforcing the firm's talent pipeline and supporting long term business performance. The initiative is open to all employees and offers networking, forums and professional development experiences.

"It's meaningful to see our work recognized," says Trinette Simon, director of inclusion and equity at Cohen & Co. "More important, though, is the impact. WLI reflects our commitment to expanding opportunity and strengthening leadership across the firm. When we invest in the growth of our people, we strengthen Cohen & Co's future."
