CATHEDRAL CITY, CA (October 21, 2025) - Tickets are now on sale for Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum recording artist Robin Thicke's headline performance at the 11th Annual Cathedral City International Hot Air Balloon Festival. The highly anticipated concert takes place Friday evening, November 21, 2025, at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater. The announcement has been widely covered by local media following Cathedral City Council's approval of the performance agreement on October 6.

Cathedral City residents, ages 21 and older, can pick up complimentary tickets at the ACE Club at Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (68960 E Palm Canyon Dr, Cathedral City, CA 92234) beginning Monday, November 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM through November 20, 2025, during ACE Club operational hours (Mon-Thu 11AM-10PM, Fri 11AM-11PM, Sat-Sun 10AM-11PM).

Requirements:

• Valid photo ID with Cathedral City address
• One ticket per resident
• Ages 21+ only
• First-come, first-served while supplies last
• Must be or become an ACE Club member at time of pick-up

ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE

Robin Thicke brings his chart-topping hits and soulful R&B sound to the Coachella Valley for a Friday evening concert experience. Best known for his #1 hit "Blurred Lines" and other chart-toppers including "Lost Without U," "Sex Therapy," and "Magic," Thicke has earned three #1 singles on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and four #1s on the Adult R&B chart.

The multi-platinum recording artist has written hits for Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Usher, and Mary J. Blige, and has been recognized for his work on popular albums including Usher's "Confessions" and Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter III." SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22

• 6:30 AM: Morning balloon launch at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa
• 1:00 PM: Downtown Cathedral City Festival doors open
• 1:30 PM - 7:45 PM: Free live entertainment featuring Queen Nation, Stevie Nicks Illusions, So Petty, and Radio Ready
• 7:45 PM - 8:30 PM: Evening balloon glow (the festival's most popular event)

• Brunch & Balloons - An elegant dining experience at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, featuring hot air balloon launches from the Pete Dye Golf Course

The festival will feature colorful hot air balloons with pilots and crews from across the nation and beyond, along with tethered balloon rides, a kids' zone, and more family-friendly activities.

All balloon launches are subject to weather.
