Baker McKenzie welcomed numerous guests to the "FeMale Leaders 2026" event at FSV Frankfurt 1899's PSD Bank Arena yesterday evening. Under the guiding principle "Reinventing Tomorrow - making the future together!", leading personalities from business and law discussed leadership, transformation and inclusive corporate culture. The special stadium backdrop provided the setting for an evening that combined exchange, new perspectives and joint shaping of the future. The focus was on the question of how transformation can succeed with courage, attitude and active responsibility - and what role various management teams and committed allies play in this.
The core of the event was a panel discussion with top-class female leaders from various industries such as Martina Gruber (Member of the Executive Board, Clearstream Europe AG), Dr. Simone Kämpfer (Group General Counsel, Deutsche Bank AG), Dr. Tina Sandmann (Group General Counsel, Merck KGaA) and Angelika Zinkgräf (Member of the Executive Board, MLP SE). The panel was moderated by Claudia Schick, who led through the discussion with clear impulses. Afterwards, the guests took the opportunity to deepen the perspectives from the panel and to network further.
A special emphasis was placed on the welcome address by Sunny Mann, Global Chair of Baker McKenzie. He underlined the relevance of diversity and the targeted promotion of women in management positions. As a convinced Male Ally, he made it clear why initiatives such as "FeMale Leaders" are important to Baker McKenzie and how they contribute to a sustainably inclusive corporate culture worldwide.
"With FeMale Leaders, we create spaces where networking, inspiration and concrete change go hand in hand. The evening showed how important it is to rethink leadership, and to centre it around unity, inclusivity, and clear responsibility for the future", said Sunny Mann.
The aim of the FeMale Leaders initiative is to steadily increase the proportion of female representation in leadership positions. Special thanks go to Katharina Stüber and Katja Haeferer, who contributed to the success of the networking event with great commitment. Baker McKenzie thanks all participants for their openness, the inspiring conversations and the valuable impulses.
