HARRISBURG, Pa. - The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) will hold a public hearing on April 23, 2026 to receive comment on various water withdrawal and consumptive use project applications. Those projects will be presented for Commission action at the next business meeting on June 4, 2026.
The public hearing offers the only opportunity for oral comments regarding these items. The hearing will be held in person at Commission headquarters located at 4423 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, Pa., and by telephone using the toll-free number 1-877-304-9269 and entering guest passcode 2619070#. The hearing will begin at 5:00 p.m. and end when public testimony concludes or by 8:00pm, whichever comes first.
Individuals who wish to provide oral testimony during the public hearing are encouraged to pre-register by contacting Jason E. Oyler, General Counsel and Secretary to the Commission, at [email protected] or (717) 238-0423, ext. 1312.
