A partir de las 13:30 horas, hora del centro, y en diferentes horarios, se interrumpió el suministro de energía eléctrica en algunos lugares del municipio de Tijuana, Baja California, esto provocado por fuertes vientos y lluvias, ocasionado por el Frente Frío número 35.

Al momento se ha restablecido al 64% de usuarios afectados. Personal de CFE labora hasta normalizar el suministro.
