Through exhaustion, financial strain, and the uncertainty that touches your homes and families, you have not wavered. Your professionalism, resilience, and dedication under pressure reflect the very best of who we are as aviation safety professionals.
It is the privilege of the NATCA National Executive Board to represent you. As emotions rise and frustration grows, please know that we see you, we thank you, and we remain steadfast in protecting your rights, advocating for your working conditions, and lobbying our elected officials to end this shutdown.
You are the thread holding the National Airspace System together, and we are proud to stand with you. Your unity and pride in your role as aviation safety professionals is truly inspiring.
