Willkie advised Apex Infusion, a leading omnichannel infusion services provider and portfolio company of FFL Partners, on its partnership with SkyKnight Capital, L.P.

Apex recently announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to partner with SkyKnight Capital for its next chapter of growth. FFL Partners will remain a minority investor in the company.

Willkie previously advised FFL Partners on its investment in Apex Infusion in 2024.

FFL Partners is a leading middle-market private equity firm that has been investing in high-quality companies since 1997.
