Reimagine Clearwater Main Library - Public Meeting Notice

The City of Clearwater invites the community to be part of the Reimagine Clearwater Main Library public meetings.

Upcoming Public Meetings

Two key public meetings will be held at the Clearwater Main Library
(100 N Osceola Ave, Council Chambers, 1st Floor):

• Friday, August 1, 2025 | 1:30 p.m.
  (Evaluation Committee Meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.)
• Friday, August 15, 2025 | 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  (Review Committee will hear presentations from top-ranked proposals.)

These meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend, listen, and provide comments.

What to Expect

The Review Committee, made up of representatives from departments such as Library Services, Public Works, Arts and Cultural Affairs, Finance, and Legal, will:

• Review submitted proposals using a standardized scoring matrix
• Discuss and rank proposals based on merit and alignment with city goals
• Select top proposals for public presentations
• Recommend finalists for consideration by City Council

All meetings will include a period for public comment.

Parking & Accessibility

Public parking for meetings is available in the lot adjacent to the Clearwater Main Library, located at 100 N Osceola Avenue.
