[Important notification] Changes on Indirect Investment Account

Dear Valued Customers,

Pursuant to Circular 03/2025/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on April 29^th 2025, Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited ("Shinhan Bank") would like to notify you of important changes related to Indirect Investment Account for foreigners, effective from June 16^th, 2025, as follows:

In order to conduct transactions related indirect investment activities in Vietnam, the use of Indirect Investment Account/Demand Deposit Account shall be determined according to your resident status.

Accordingly, we kindly request that you proactively change your linked account ⁽*⁾ with your securities company as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions in securities transactions.

Furthermore, in case of change resident status from non-resident to resident and you are using linking service with securities company, please change the linked account ⁽*⁾ with your securities company.
