Clement Morgan Park and Anthony Paolillo Tot Lot to Close for Construction the Week of September 14
As part of the Port Infrastructure Improvements Project, Clement Morgan Park and the Anthony Paolillo Tot Lot will close the Week of September 14 for upgrades. Please note that the basketball courts will remain open through October 29, 2026.
Closure Dates:
Clement Morgan Park & Anthony Paolillo Tot Lot
Closed: September 14, 2026-February 29, 2028
Basketball Courts
Closed: October 30, 2026-May 31, 2027
The final park and tot lot designs reflect years of community feedback gathered by the City through various outreach and engagement efforts in the neighborhood.
