EUGENE, Ore.-Today Honorable Ann Aiken granted parties in Oregon's class-action foster

care case, Wyatt B. v Kotek, an additional week to work on settlement.

  • A final settlement agreement is due to Honorable Ann Aiken next Friday, May 17, 2024.

  • Trial is now scheduled in Eugene on Monday, May 20, 2024.
