The Court will be closed on Friday, September 25, 2026.
Bankruptcy petitions for pro se debtors may be submitted through the Electronic Self-Representation module located on the Court's website at www.akb.uscourts.gov.
For emergency filings, please contact the Clerk's Office at (907) 271-2655 ext 2, and leave a clear message with a call back number. The call will be returned as soon as possible, and further instructions will be provided. Please DO NOT leave emergency filings in the drop box without first speaking with court staff.
A drop box will be available inside the court entrance from 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
All documents, including bankruptcy petitions, received in the drop box, will not be filed and processed until Monday, September 28.
Please DO NOT leave cash in the drop box.
