Town of New Paltz - Ulster County Park & Fairgrounds

The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to renew the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) permit listed below. Pursuant to 6 NYCRR 750-1.16, DEC intends to renew the permit administratively, maintaining the current SPDES permit effluent limitations and monitoring and report requirements. Additional information, including the current permit, fact sheet, renewal application, supporting documentation, the priority ranking fact sheet, and a description of the SPDES permit priority ranking system, where available, may be obtained from or inspected at the DEC central office in Albany. Written comments or requests for hearing must be submitted in writing to the contact person below no later than the deadline for comments listed here.

Under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, administrative renewal of a SPDES permit is a Type II action and, therefore, not subject to the environmental impact analysis requirements of that law.
