Notice of Court closure for the Christmas holiday, December 25 and 26, 2025
The Byron White United States Courthouse and the Tenth Circuit Clerk's Office will be closed on December 25 and 26, 2025, in observance of Christmas holiday. CM/ECF will remain available through the holiday weekend. However, any deadlines that fall on December 25 or December 26, 2025, are extended in accordance with Fed. R. App. P. 26(a). Notice of emergency filings submitted on December 25 and 26, 2025, must be sent to [email protected] and counsel should call (303) 335-2824 to ensure prompt processing.
