Nick Pellico brings seventeen years of investment and asset management experience.

(ATLANTA, GA - October 14, 2024) - IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, today announced Nick Pellico has been appointed as a Market Officer for the company's West region.

Based in Los Angeles, Pellico will be responsible for acquiring industrial land sites, developing best-in-class logistics facilities, and leasing and asset management for a variety of projects in the western United States.

"Nick's extensive experience, in-depth knowledge of industrial markets, and solid broker and tenant relationships will strengthen and grow IDI's strong track record of development in West Coast markets. Prior to IDI Logistics, Pellico served as Director of West Coast Development at Crow Holdings Industrial and as Senior Vice President at Penwood Real Estate Investment Management. Over his career, Pellico has transacted approximately $2 billon of industrial and land investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
