Raleigh Water is experiencing a delay in the mailing of paper water bills due to an issue with our print vendor. Some customers may receive their paper bills later than expected, or not at all. Electronic bills have been sent as usual.
To ensure no one is penalized for this delay, Raleigh Water has temporarily suspended service disconnections and late fees.
