Last year, we did something different. Together, we came together for Breakthrough!, our first global, live and in-person learning experience for above-restaurant leaders - and you were part of making it a reality.

Breakthrough! wasn't about sitting through another leadership training. It was and is about sharing tools, practicing together and leaving with a commitment to turn learning into action. Across 15 countries, nearly 4,000 of us invested 28,000-plus hours in growing as leaders and driving change where it matters most.
