Norton Rose Fulbright advises TP ICAP on Vantage Capital Markets acquisition

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised TP ICAP, a world leader in market infrastructure, on its proposed acquisition of Vantage Capital Markets (Vantage), expanding its global brokerage capabilities.

TP ICAP's acquisition of Vantage, which has a significant presence in Dubai, Hong Kong, London and Tokyo, strengthens its position in equity derivatives and fixed income.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised TP ICAP throughout the acquisition. The cross border team was led by London-based partner Alan Bainbridge and included teams from the firm's Dubai, Hong Kong, London and Tokyo offices.

Alan was supported by a London corporate team consisting primarily of special counsel Guy Perkins and associate Kirsty Bailey.
