Electronic filing system users have reported a nationwide email phishing campaign using fake Notices of Electronic Filings (NEF). These fake NEFs originate from the following address: [email protected] (or a similar address). They are not from any Bankruptcy or District Court, and recipients should not click on any links in them or respond to them.
Please remember that NEFs are very generic in form and will not contain attachments, instructions for action in any case, or request a response on your part.
