Virtual Public Meeting: Smith Creek Ladue Road Sanitary Relief Project

As part of a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) Project Clear is constructing a project to replace approximately 5,000 feet of undersized wastewater sewers in the city of Creve Coeur. MSD Project Clear invites you to attend a Zoom virtual public meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to learn more about the project, meet the Construction team and answer any questions you may have.

What is the goal of this project?

MSD Project Clear is investing approximately $3,500,000.00 to improve the wastewater sewers in the city of Creve Coeur. The goal is to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, which occur when the sewers become overloaded during intense rainfall. MSD Project Clear has received more than 3 complaints. The project will reduce such occurrences by increasing the size and capacity of the existing sewer.

Project Facts

  • Construction is estimated to begin as early as Fall 2024 and estimated to last 17 months.
